redefining the Tools for ballet dancers.
Our pursuit to define tools for dancers dates back to the ancient Greeks, who believed that beauty was defined by a Golden Ratio, which is 1:1.618, yet the golden ratio has always been associated with perfection and natural beauty.
The nautilus shell takes all that and adds more with its usually iridescent properties, making it a powerful symbol of beauty and elegance.

HOW IT STARTED?
As a former dancer, as well as a father of a girl who loves ballet, I had been looking for a perfect ballet barre for a long time. A perfect dance barre requires a piece of solid wood bar in the right size with smooth surface.
It should be light-weight yet strong enough for leg stretches rather than sliding down. It is also supposed to be used for many years, as my daughter is growing up and the height of the bar should be adjustable, easily done.
Most of all, it should be elegant, because ballet is an elegant art, every girl who dance ballet deserves an elegant one.
I couldn’t find the perfect one I wanted, therefore, I made the very first nautilus prototype by myself, for my little girl.

Nautilus ballet barre is very light and it may move around when students use it doing on barre works in my ballet class. It is for that exact same reason that I love it as a teacher. It forces students to be on their legs and to rely on the bar is a balancing tool but not a crutch.
